Attracting the right people
When For Impact decided it was time to expand its team of fundraising coaches, I created a series of graphics to post on corporate social media channels — LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Using the company’s branded colors and logo with concise, quick-hitting messaging, these graphics aimed to catch the attention of folks with a specific mindset, then make them click through for more detailed company and job information. The campaign was ultimately successful, as two new coaches came on board.
